This information is necessary for the adequate performance between you and us and to allow us to comply with our legal obligations. Without it, we may not be able to provide you with all the requested service(s).

Contact Details. We collect personal data from our Suppliers and Customers which includes name, address, email, phone number and bank account details.

  • Service Related Information. Depending on the requested service(s) we may require additional information that is necessary for us to be able to provide your request.
  • Sub-Contractors: In order to work as a sub-contractor with us, we need to verify you under CIS. This may include information such as your date of birth, national insurance number, UTR no. home address, qualifications, CSCS status, public liability insurance etc.
  • Communications with RHC. When you communicate with us, we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide.

2. How We Use Information We Collect

We collect and process your personal data so that we can process payments for materials and services ordered by us. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need and we go to great lengths to keep your personal data secure on-site.

We  keep your data as per HMRC guidelines.

You may request and update some of your information by contacting us. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up-to-date.

5.2 Rectification of Inaccurate or Incomplete Information
You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning you.

5.3 Lodging Complaints
You have the right to lodge complaints about the data processing activities carried out by RHC before the competent data protection authorities. You have the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

RHC reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, the revised Privacy Policy will show “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
